Vintage Yellow Orange Robe Duster Dress Medium 12 Snap Front Pocket Short Sleeve

What a blast from the past!!  Gown is in new condition and looks and feels as if it's never been washed or worn.  I've seen many photos of people wearing this as a dress but I do believe it was a house coat.  

It is 65% polyester and 35% cotton.  It says size 12 but measures more like a Medium so please read measurements below.  

Armpit to armpit is about 23”

Top center back to bottom is about 39”

My home is nonsmoking and no pets.
