FENTON ART GLASS Painted Flowers Blue Mini BASKET 4 x 3.5 Signed

This is a beautiful little Fenton basket hand painted with flowers all the way around it dots at the bottom. Its also signed by the artist. Please see the last couple photos. Ive tried to take pictures so you can see it measures approximately 4 x 3 1/2 inches
