I don't know who made this nor its exact age. I think it might be from the Depression era -- if so, it is antique. It think it is either a small pin tray or a master open salt. It is 2 7/8 inches wide and 3/4 inch tall and weighs 3.2 ounces. The glass is frosted, and light green, with possibly a yellow tint. It is uranium glass and glows nicely in black light. The outside shape is octagon, and the inside is round. The bottom has concentric octagon shapes/ridges.
It has a tiny chip 2 mm wide on the inner edge of the top, and a couple of nicks -- one is 1 mm wide and the other is too small to measure. On the outer edge there are a couple of nicks 1 mm wide and 4-5 that are too small to measure. (The tiny 2 mm chip is really the only one that's visible, because it is shiny there instead of satin.)
(My black light photo was taken under a 395 nm UV light -- so it only shows uranium glow, not the fake glow of manganese.)
