Wow! a Vintage Lillie Rubin cocktail dress from the 1980s in luscious stretch velvet in jet black, with wild and craaaazee white pleated taffeta quasi-Elizabethan collar and cuffs- talk about a statement dress! It has an open back with a large rhinestone button collar. Label photo coming...Rita Moreno wore one with a similar outrageous ruffled neck to the 20224 Oscars!
