RARE Vintage Penn State T shirt from the early 1970s never worn! Label says its by FSSC Columbus Ohio, Extra Large and 90% cotton, 10% rayon. The letters are flocked, and the knit is a blue heather ribbed. Perfect condition, stored since it was bought! Extra long, too! Could be a boys Xl based on the measurements but it stretches a lot.
