Provenance : I purchased this from the estate of Mrs. Marvin Schwartz, who is the mother of Beverly D'anne,a famous Ballerina, along with a number of other items,being sold in a different listing. On October 3, 2011, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, American Ballet Theatre, Dance/NYC, The Joyce Theater, New York City Ballet and the wider NYC dance community came together to celebrate Beverly D’Anne for her contributions to dance in New York.
