Cool vintage 1970s Vuokko Suomi Finland Mod vintage velvet dress in a bold dusty purple-gray with a bold black single stripe across the bust. It is a pull over the head style. Unlined. Uber Cool. Part of a collection that is being sent to me from Finland. It also has a Malli 19 label, which I was told means it was a sample and not mass produced.
