70s VTG Womens XS/S Dress Ivan Fredericks Blue/White Polka Dot Pussy Bow NWOT

Material is scarf-like- light as a feather. Made of poly nylon blend. Full back nylon zipper. Perfect " secretary" dress. The shape is no waist gored. The dress hasn't been worn, tags are crisp inside. The belt is slightly discolored with age. It's a clear pure white with sky blue polka dots.
