These are incredibly easy to germinate with multiple different methods available. I have the most success using the moist paper towel in a ziplock bag method. Essentially you wet a paper towel with some water that has a capful or two of hydrogen peroxide in it and fold the paper towel over the seeds then seal it into a ziplock bag checking it each day. Germination is typically noticed in 3-5 days but can take a week. From there you just place them into your seed starting soil or pot and have fun growing!

With plumeria I typically don't see 100% germination, it's usually closer to 60-75% germination.
