This Swing Jacket golf practice training aid comes in the carry case and includes 2 dvd's that are new and sealed.  They include A Swing for Life and Accelerator.  The swing jacket is in very good condition.  The carry case does show more sign of use and has some thin spots on it.  You get the actual items pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase.
