World's Smallest Care Bears Work of Heart Bear Series 4 Plush NEW

The "World's Smallest Care Bears Work of Heart Bear" is part of the Care Bears World's Smallest Series 4.

It's a small, plush bear with a red hearts on the bottoms  of its feet and a heart shaped artist's paint palette on its chest.

The plush bear is approximately 2.75" H  and is made of soft, cuddly material.
