Item is pre-owned and in very good condition with no cracks or chips on glass. There is a small blemish on the frame as shown in last picture, but blends in fine. It also looks at one point where this was folded, so there is a slight stain or dirt spot right on the crease in the middle. The tape on the back has somewhat dried, but I will try to tape at least some of this back so it doesn't fall out. Smoke free environment.
