I don't know anything about this, and I wasn't able to find much information on this model, but there are other listings of this where they are calling it a leak detector or leak detection controller. 

At the time of this listing, I have a quantity of these and so you may not receive the exact unit shown in the pictures, but they are all pretty much identical in condition.  I don't have cables or a power adapter for this and so I am not able to test it but it is in good condition, and we have a 30-day return policy.
