This is a vintage Kleinert's white lace bolero-style dress shield.
Size Large.
Approximately 40" bust.
These were de rigeur in the 60s and 70s to keep your dresses, sweaters, and blouses from getting underarm persperation stains. This style was nice because you didn't have to pin in the dress shields, and they stayed in place perfectly.
This one is white lace.
Deep v neck front opening.
Short little cap sleeves.
Thick cotton underarm shields.
Front lingerie hook closure.
Elastic around bottom.
Made in the USA.
In excellent vintage condition,
No damage, but I believe the elastic is somewhat relaxed - it still has stretch, but it's not real tight and springy.
From a smoke-free home.
