Vintage Bromwell’s 5 Cup Measuring Flour Sifter with Handle and Red Crank.  Embossed on front "Made in USA", "Bromwell's", "Measuring-Sifter" and "Guaranteed".  On both sides there are markings for "Two Cups", "Three Cups", "Four Cups" and "Five Cups" with rings around sifter.  There is surface rust on the sifter.  Approximately 6 3/8" at tallest point and 5 1/8" in diameter.
