I found this ACEO and some others hidden in a box and they dated from 2017 to 2022.They were inside a plastic sleeve and I didn't want to spend the time to take them out of the sleeve to be photographed. The plastic makes them look fussier but they are as bright as when I painted them.
Size: 2.5x3.5 inches. Signed and dated in the reverse.
This is not a print or a photograph.
This is a real one of a kind original ACEO painting.
Each piece is individually handmade. I don’t paint in a large paper and then cut it in little pieces. I make them one by one.
-I combine shipping by charging only for the first painting.
-I will send protected with a plastic sleeve inside a rigid cardboard envelope.
-I will sign it and date it in the back. I think that my signature in the front of the small ACEO interferes with the natural flow of my subjects.
What is an ACEO or ATC?
An ACEO also known as ATC (Artist Trading Cards) is a miniature work of art. It is officially sized at 2.5 x 3.5 inches.
-Miniature artworks are cute and interesting so you can give them as a gift to just about anyone.
-They're small enough to collect as many as you like without running out of space.
-They're more affordable than full-size art so they won't break the bank.
-Kids love them! It's a fun way to introduce the little ones to little art.
-Trade with other collectors friends and family making it fun and interesting for everyone.
-It makes a great promotion tool as a sample of my larger pieces in my Store
My most frequently asked question is:
Is it original?
-Yes. I paint directly onto various types of blank photographic papers and canvas using water, color inks, and unconventional household chemicals and liquids of different viscosities. The movement of the liquids creates physical reactions that are instantly registered by the inks on the paper. The result are paintings characterized by sharpness, tonal gradation, depth of field, and flowing movement, resembling the work of nature. Each painting is one-of-a-kind, I do not use cameras, digital printers, or any other form of reproduction.
The second most frequently asked question:
Why do I offer my paintings at such an affordable price?
-I am a prolific artist that paints almost every day. Therefore, I can share my paintings at a very modest price,
...or I end up buried in a sea of my own creations. I have sold thousands of paintings and I feel happy knowing that they found a home where they will be cherished for many years.
My third most asked question is:
How long do your paintings last?
-They will last for generations if shown behind glass. Better if the glass is UV protected. I still have in my living room 2 paintings from 2004 and they look as good as decades ago. Although the paper is photographic, the amount of ink that I use to paint them by hand is far greater than the ink that the printer will use in a standard photograph, saturating the paper to the max which contributes significantly to the artwork's longevity. In my paintings on canvas I apply a coat of clear acrylic, since they are supposed to be shown without a glass in front.
