Panamax M5100-EX Home Theater Power Conditioner Surge Protector. I tested every outlet in the back and they all had power coming out of them. The wiring light on the right doesn't come on. Not sure what that means. I don't know anything about these types of units. If you want me to run some other kind of test, just message me. Has a couple scuffs on top.
