Contents look unused.  Rubber bands will need to be replaced do to age.  Box in very good condition.  Slight seam rips wear to edges and corners.  Box is big, measures approx. 17 1/2 x 15".  Does have musty basement smell which will go away in time.  Not sure if board is warped where crows slide down.  Please see pictures for condition.
