Does YEEDI M12 PRO+ work with Google Home or Google Assistant?
Yeah! (Note: In order to ensure the machine's stability, it is recommended to switch to 2.4G WiFi when using the robot by following the instructions of your router setup.)
Does YEEDI M12 PRO+ wet the mop while cheaning the floor? How is the mop water flow controlled?
M12 PRO+ has a built-in small water tank, which will continuously replenish water to the mop during operation, and the water volume can be adjusted in the app.
Can the dustbox of YEEDI M12 PRO + be washed with water and how to operate it?
Yes. After the user removes the dustbox, rinse it with clean water. Please be sure to pay attention to the need to let the filter dry naturally before use.
Why is the mop sometimes lifted and sometimes not when cleaning?
During cleaning, M12 PRO+ can navigate through cross-zone trajectories and wash and recharge. The robot lifts the mop to avoid secondary pollution. When encountering carpets, the mop will be lifted to avoid wetting the carpet.
What should I do if I have a problem?

Return Policy
• We guarantee against any defective or misrepresented products. The original shipping label must be sent back to us to validate the return. A full refund can only be issued during the first 30 days upon receipt of the product.
• Returns will be voided if the product is mishandled or physical damaged by customer.
