This is a lovely vintage item - a men's long opera scarf in a pretty paisley print. It has a right and "wrong"side, but really could be worn on either side.
It measures approx 17 inches wide by approx 76" long, and is lightly fringed on the ends. It has the feel of a cotton or cotton blend.
Though it is a men's opera scarf, it could also be a unisex item and is wide enough to even be worn as a shawl.
Great versatile item for traveling. From a local estate, estimated to be 1960's era.
