I have yet to pinpoint the origin of this audio book (I used that term loosely, it could be a course of sorts). It is evident that this self published self help is based on exercises for the psyche and responses in social settings. Some of the information the attached paper refers to Frogs into Princes book.

It bears a copyright on the back that says Robert Dilts and Todd Epstein but I am uncertain if that is a copyright for the paper or a reference to some of the content.
