Hosted by fitness instructor Jennifer Carmen, this installment to The Firm series offers a total body workout geared towards sculpting and toning all of the major muscle groups. Though the video encourages users to buy workout equipment officially created and endorsed by The Firm (a sculpting stick and exercise step), there are modifications offered for those who prefer to substitute hand weights, weighted bars, or previously owned steps. Since this is not an aerobic workout, it is recommended to alternate this production with a more cardiovascular exercise program.

Using the sculpting stick, Jennifer Carman warms you up and then works you out with 40 minutes of fat-melting, interval-training routines to keep your interest piqued and your waistline trim. Nice solid workout for all the muscle groups and adequate cardio. This had some different moves which I really enjoyed. I have the basic workouts for BSS 2-love them and have never owned a sculpting stick. When they use theirs I hold 5lb. dumbells in each hand. When they use it for squats I use my heavy weights or barbell. I do heavy-up on the weights &/or use 2 dumbells when they use one, but I think that's the beauty of the Firms and Fitprimes-it's so easy to tailor them to your own level. I think this is a great addition to any rotation.
