Original Vintage GM Delco  AM/FM Radio. Install for that vintage look.  Untested, But the left knob Clicks On/Off as should. Right Knob scrolls the channels as should. May work fine? Metal Casing is in real Good condition for age. 

 Center of Knob to Knob Post is approx. 5 3/4" apart.
