Framed Oil Panting Chinese Artist Smoking Pipe Sui Fung Lee Displayed Hong Kong

Frame measures about 24" x 28".  Piece of paper attached reads:  

Mr. Sui Fung Lee (W. H. Lee in English)

Chinese artist - He was raised in China,

but moved to Hong Kong while very young.

He was educated in Hong Kong, attending

Lai Clark School.  He only paints portraits,

usually of the working class people.

      He has exhibited his paintings at

City Hall, Kowloon Hong Kong - and is widely

recognized there as a portrait painter.
