Lightly chew the berry being mindful that it has a rather hearty seed in the center. It only takes a few minutes for the miraculin ( glycoprotein- found withing the miracle berry) to coat your taste buds..roughly 3-5 minutes in your mouth should do the trick!
Once a few minutes have passed you are now ready for the start of your tasting experience.
