This is a copy of Spectacular Spider-Man, Peter Parker #1 published by The Marvel Comics Group in Dec., 1976.  The grade is probably at least a Very Fine/Near Mint but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  It has been kept it in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
