• Hard to find Effanbee line produced in the 1940s and 1950s
• Lightweight molded vinyl, nurser mouth, may be a Dy-Dee baby
  
• Dress, bonnet and pillow in a nice quality fabric, it almost seems like raw silk
• Measures about 12"
• Pre-owned, good condition in original box, we don't think this was played with or even removed from the box, but there is some browning on the tissue paper and a brown line across the front of the skirt and on blanket, probably a reaction to the acid in the tissue paper. A little wear to lip color in one spot. We found a single pink nylon sock after taking the photos and have included it in the box.
