Condition is used but light works fully. I put 3 new batteries in the unit and it works good. Batteries are included. No chips or damage on the item. Does not come with original box. 

The bottom of the light is signed by Jim Shore.The item measures 7" Tall and 6 1/2" wide and 4" depth.
