The record is in good condition with some marks on it.  

The Sleeve is in fair condition as it was stored in a warehouse.

Because they were stored in a warehouse for who knows how long they have a "old" smell to them. I don't what to whip them with anything as I didn't was to ruin the plastic or cover

This record was stored in a warehouse with no climate control.  I am not a professional record grader but I will give my honest opinion about the item.  I did not test this as I don't have the time to test the amount I have.  But I do wipe them off with a non-lint cloth and will take multiple pictures of the item.  So please see all pictures for condition.
