This is considered NOS New Oldstock. The outer box shows a lot of wear. It is not sealed. I don't believe it was sold sealed. When I opened it to show the color for pics a little powder does come out..even though it has the little plastic topper on it.. It's just a trace of powder that comes out. Just be aware when opening if you buy it because it does tend to get on your hands.
