Oppenheim footed bowl, made in Israel in the 60's or 70's. Brass enamel ware with cutouts. Intricate design and craftsmanship. Would work for serving nuts or candies or just for display.
The base measures about 12" and the handle is about 3" in width. Height is 4" at handle side, 2 1/2" elsewhere. There is a small rust spot.
Clean with water and/or MILD soap.
It reminds me of Israeli Eilat stone.
The color is aqua like Eilat stone or turquoise.
