Book has condition issues. Tape is on the outside holding pages in place. Spine is exposed and could benefit from being glued back together. Some pages have writing on them and the former owners name is written on one of the front inside pages. One of the back pages was taped uneven and has some wear at the bottom

of the page. Book has condition issues. See pictures for details.
