Vintage Blue White Plaster Like Victorian Parlor Wall Hanging Coat Hanger

In good structural shape for age. It is a decoration with floral flourishes. The latest paint is coming off. Could use thorough cleaning and restoration, but let to collector discretion. It measures 9.5" long and 10" wide when mounted. Mounting cleats are not included. Please see photos.
