Swarovski adhesives may become discolored over time...this is not unusual. Crystal bubbles, adhesive bubbles, adhesive discoloration, or ability to see bubbles or Swarovski adhesives does NOT make a Swarovski figurine defective.

 Returns accepted only if crystal not-as-described. Buyer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can address any customer satisfaction issues / concerns about the figurine.

We ship worldwide with tracking and Insurance. We do not ship to countries where tracking and insurance are not  available, unless the customer assumes the risk.
