This is a 2008 Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Tweety Sylvester Twas The Night Before Christmas. It does have some slight box damage. See Pictures - Ornament does have sound. of Tweety reading the beginning of Twas the Night Before Christmas. - Batteries are included but due to the age, I can not guarentee that they work.  Our own batteries were used to test the ornament.
