Print Looks good. Paper has yellow cast from age. I don't see anything damaged. Frame shows wear. It has some scratches and rub marks on the frame and in the back. 

Please note that this is a vintage item.  I don't see any cracks or broken parts.  

Print "The Last Rose of Summer". It has an excerpt from Irish song underneath. I see W. Middleton on the left and W.W. Rice name on the right.
