The original vintage box is in fair condition, clean. It has wear from time, soft edges/corners, some scratches, and one broken seam. Inside the broken seam has been repaired with white paper tape (see pics). Also there is inscripted Serial No. 2991, Model No. Alphax DR-10. 
I would rate the box a 5, on a scale from 1 to 10.
