Lens filter has been used, but it is in excellent condition.

Lens filter been used with little signs of cosmetic use. Lens Filter is in very good condition. Glass has no visible scratches. I don't see any fungus or haze. Glass looks very nice over all. Filter is fully operational and function as intended. I would rate it 9, on a scale from 1 to 10.
