Painting is 24X36". It is framed. Signature seems to be R. Sanchez. But I am not sure. It might be R. Sandrez (please look at the pictures for more info).
Painting is antique. It shows normal wear. Some paint is cracked. I don't see any visible stains, or holes in the canvas. Frame looks good as well. Please look at the pictures.
