Condition of book is bellow average. Problem is that paper is very brittle, and you have to be careful not to brake any pages. Cover shows most wear. Pages are well bound. But paper is brittle from age. Paper is getting yellow from age, but it still looks good. I don't see any pages missing. All info is clearly legible.
