Filter has been used. It has some signs of cosmetic wear on the metal ring from use, but is fully operational and functions as intended. Glass looks good, I don't see any noticeable scratches. I don't see any fungus or haze. Or any damage to the glass.  I don't see any damage to the treads as well. Filter looks and works good.    I would rate it at 9 out of 10.
