Lens hood has been used. But it looks very nice, I don't see anything damaged. It has some scratches from use.
Please make sure that you have lens with 62mm rim, non VR. It was made for older G type lens, without AF-s motor or VR., So it will fit both G and AF-D (with aperture ring) lenses, but non VR.
