Hood has been used, it shows a lot of wear. I see lots of scratches. I don't see any cracks or dents. To me it seems that somebody's dog was playing with it. It has teeth marks. This lens hood is fully operational and functions as intended. I would rate it an 5, on a scale from 1 to 10.
Hood is made of plastic. Please note that I am not sure what lens it might fit.
