This filter glass is clean without any visible scratches. Glass looks good, but it has some kind of dark spot in the middle. Spot maybe 1/2 wide. So it could be that class coating has started to separate. Other then that glass looks good. Lens metal ring may have some cosmetic wear from normal use, but is fully operational and functions as intended.
