Not sure what brand camera or lens it was made for. Both sizes have female threads. One side has 64mm and other 72mm female threads.  

Lens hood has been used. It shows normal wear. But it looks and works good.   It will be shipped as pictured.

 This lens hood is fully operational and functions as intended.  I would rate it an 9, on a scale from 1 to 10.
