For sale is only a CD cover, CD is not included in this sale. Inlay looks OK, it shows light wear , wear is mostly visible from inside. Plastic case is worn, I see some scratches, but I don't see any cracks on the case. It is an original CD cover, not a copy. Please look at the pictures above.
