This belt buckle is serialized number 0094. I cannot find much information on why it was awarded or to whom. This has a population of 1 on the internet, and is very hard to come by.

It has a decent weight to it and measures 4” by 2-1/2” tall. On the front it lists special forces. Rangers, and Airborne. I believe this to be an award for training and mentoring special forces units.
