Pre-owned. Unused. However when purchased from store it was not sealed.. people open these up all the time and try them on fixtures, etc... Please take this into consideration. 

Going through my entire nail polish collection and pulling out ones I never used as I cannot do nail polish anymore due to sensitivity / allergy that causes adverse reaction.
