It is an open box. It doesn't have instructions, so I am not sure if it is all there. There are 12 clear panels which are 19.5" x 27.5". I assume it is a cubical storage unit of some kind. I am not sure if all the hardware is there. I assume it is since they are in sealed packages. I thought maybe someone might know how to assemble it. I am pricing it accordingly. I am selling as is.
