This is a rad item from way back.  Made by Wilton, which is in Columbia, PA, USA. Is marked 1975 on the back with the makers marks. The mouse is sushing to all that see, so keep quite.  Measures 2.5" and hangs from a square metal bangle, with a connector that looks like american sign language "Love" sign minus the thumb.  I believe it is pewter or aluminum, but not for sure.  

Not sure what this was from or actually created for, but is a blast from the past for sure and not to mention very hard to find item.
